Last year Justin gathered up $150 and got a couple of cards made up for KTKC that he expected to last at least 2 or 3 years.
He will be ordering more this week.
It turns out that when you wander town kilted, a lot of folks like the idea, then get in the car and forget what we’re doing. Fellow kilted fund raiser Jeff Brosius emailed us asking if he could share a card he had made up to hand out.
<facepalm> I never upload the cards last year.
So now here they are, in their 5×7 glory. There is a front with the general idea of the cause and the back has our #1 sponsor Alt.Kilt and a nod to artist Norm Quiros as well as a large area for you to add stickers, your fundraising info, the info for your scheduled event (you ARE planning a local event…right?), phone numbers, pencil sketches, whatever you want to personalize it.
Many printers offer specials of this size, hence the reason I did this size. 1500 cards for $150 is a great deal, we’re just running low. And since we are not officially a charity yet, all of this is out of pocket for us too, so don’t think we’re using your hard raised (that sounds naughty doesn’t it) funds to print these items yet. This is all us just as your cards will be all you. Let us get established and dialed in legally before we start churning this stuff out at no cost to you to spread the word far and wide to men of all ages that they need to get checked before they go pink!
